This case report describes two rare presentations of bilateral traumatic hip dislocations in young women following high-energy road traffic accidents—one symmetric posterior dislocation and one asymmetric combination with acetabular fracture-dislocation—both managed with prompt closed reduction and largely conservative treatment. Early reduction within hours of injury and structured rehabilitation were associated with favorable short-term functional outcomes, with no radiographic evidence of avascular necrosis at follow-up.
