Exercise Intensity Affects Ghrelin Differently by Sex
New research reveals high-intensity exercise reduced total ghrelin levels by 54.6 ± 7.24 pg/mL compared to just 2.91 ± 7.09 pg/mL with moderate intensity, suggesting shorter, more intense workouts may better suppress appetite hormones.
