1. Females had higher symptom severity and disability.
2. Males reported more alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis use.
3. Combined presentation showed greater clinical severity and disability than inattentive.
4. Only disability showed a sex–presentation interaction (highest in females with combined).
5. Inattentive presentation patients were more often working or studying.
