- Study involved 518 infants over a period from July 2021–January 2022.
- Mothers received either COVID-19 booster, two doses, or were vaccinated postpartum.
- Infants of booster mothers had higher antibody levels.
- Transplacental antibody transfer was more efficient in the booster group.
- 100% of booster group infants had detectable binding antibodies at 6 months.
- Maternal COVID-19 infection also raised antibody levels.
