This cross-sectional study analyzed 2024 BRFSS survey data from 68,111 US women aged 45 to 64 years. It evaluated up-to-date use of breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening and found that 50.3% were up to date with all 3 tests, while 17.9 million women were estimated to be overdue for at least 1 screening test. Nearly half of those overdue were due for multiple tests, and access-related factors such as insurance, a regular health care practitioner, and a past-year wellness visit were associated with screening completion. The study concluded that access-related policies or bundled interventions addressing multiple screenings may help reduce the burden of screen-detectable cancers.
