This case series reports two delayed presentations of iatrogenic retained foreign bodies in the facial region following minimally invasive procedures: a fractured liposuction cannula tip retained submentally and a broken dental needle embedded in the cheek. In both cases, patients presented months later with mild or asymptomatic palpable findings, imaging (plain radiography or ultrasound) enabled diagnosis, and simple surgical removal led to complete resolution, underscoring the need for clinical suspicion and early imaging in unexplained post-procedural facial lesions.
