Study of 2,655 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. No-touch saphenous vein harvesting technique showed better outcomes at 3 years. Lower rates of vein graft occlusion, nonfatal myocardial infarction, repeat revascularization, and angina. No significant differences in stroke or all-cause mortality at 3 years.
