This retrospective multi-institutional US study evaluated 57 adult and pediatric patients with cutaneous Crohn disease (CCD) seen between 2000 and 2020. Most patients were female and had intestinal Crohn disease at the time of CCD diagnosis. Genital involvement, particularly vulvar disease, was the most common presentation, with ulcerations and edema frequently reported. Most patients were treated with biologic or small molecule inhibitor therapies, most commonly tumor necrosis factor α inhibitors, and many patients showed partial or complete improvement at follow-up.
