Researchers found in a cross-sectional study that higher radiation protection knowledge among healthcare workers was significantly associated with more positive attitudes toward radiation safety. Among 309 participants—including physicians, nurses, and support staff—knowledge explained 22% of the variance in safety attitudes, emphasizing the importance of education in promoting adherence to radiation safety behaviors.
