This case report describes cough-predominant laryngeal hypersensitivity syndrome in a middle-aged woman with chronic refractory dry cough after pulmonary, infectious, and structural etiologies were excluded through comprehensive evaluation. The findings highlight the importance of considering neurogenic cough related to laryngeal sensory dysfunction in patients with persistent cough unresponsive to standard therapies, emphasizing a multidisciplinary diagnostic approach and targeted management strategies.
