A prospective cohort study found an autonomous total body photography and dermoscopic imaging device comparable to manual dermoscopy, reducing imaging time in patients with atypical mole syndrome. The device achieved high image quality and diagnostic agreement and significantly reduced imaging time, particularly in patients with numerous lesions.
